Print-on-Demand Products

CenPaw products are produced using print-on-demand technology through our fulfillment partners (Printify & Printful). Each item is unique and made only once ordered. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail.

Digital Products

All digital file purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file is delivered/downloaded, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

What We Cover

If you receive a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing error, or a misprinted item, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund — at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged product.

✅ Covered (within 30 days of delivery):

  • Damaged or broken items received
  • Manufacturing defects or errors
  • Misprinted or incorrect design
  • Wrong item received
  • Significant quality issues

What We Don't Cover

Since all products are custom-made and produced only once ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

❌ Not covered:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color
  • Changed your mind after ordering
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5" tolerance for DTG products)
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (hygiene reasons)

How to Submit a Claim

  1. 1 Email us at support@cenpaw.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number.
  2. 2 Provide clear photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or misprint).
  3. 3 If multiple items are affected, send a photo/video of all affected items visible in one frame.
  4. 4 We will review your claim and offer a free reprint or refund within 2-3 business days.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a reprint at no extra charge or a full refund.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided and the courier returns the shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility will require reshipment costs to be covered by the customer.
  • Unclaimed returns that are not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is our error

Notice for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

CenPaw and its fulfillment partners reserve the right to refuse returns at their sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.
